Yes, many parking providers allow changes up to 24 hours before your booking begins. Simply click on "Manage Booking" in the menu and enter your Booking Reference Number to update your details easily.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies vary by provider. Full details are shown before you confirm your booking. If you purchase cancellation cover during booking, you may cancel in accordance with the parking provider’s specific policy.

Is my payment secure on Parki?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect all transactions and your personal information.

How do I know the parking provider is reliable?

All providers listed on Parki are vetted for safety, customer service, and reliability. Customer reviews are also available on each listing to help you make informed decisions.

Do I have to print my booking confirmation?

In most cases, a digital copy (email or mobile) is accepted. However, some providers may require a printout. This will be mentioned in your confirmation email.

What if I arrive late or early?

Please inform your parking provider directly. Some may accommodate schedule changes based on availability, but extra charges could apply.

What should I do if the Meet & Greet driver is late?

Contact the parking provider immediately using the number in your confirmation email. They will update you on the driver’s ETA. If unresolved, reach out to our support team at support@parki.co.uk.

Can I leave personal items in my car during Meet & Greet?

It’s best to remove all personal items. The parking provider is not liable for lost or stolen items left in your vehicle during Meet & Greet service.

What if my car isn’t returned on time with Meet & Greet?

Contact the provider immediately. If they can’t resolve it, notify our support team. Compensation may depend on the provider’s policy, detailed in your booking terms.

How do I locate the Park & Ride shuttle?
