"good" blue cloth hardback in "good+" blue dustwrapper, though latter
marred a little by horizontal crease alonge whole of top edge and
'ghost' of Dewey label on spine; formerly the property
of the City Of Liverpool Public Libraries, with their ornate armorial
bookplate and discrete "withdrawn" stamp on front pastedown & rear
flyleaf;
evidence still of librarian's use of transparent tape; reference
exemplar with none of the faults associated with lending copies (the
reference sheet affixed to rear pastedown is still unstamped).
